Returns and Refund Policy

Fascinating Hats is dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the best merchandise and are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you receive any of our goods that you are not satisfied with for any reason, simply return it to us within a 30 day time frame.

Items can be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received. Faulty items can be repaired if you follow the returns process.

Any goods returned must be unworn and in the same new condition that you received it, with any tags still attached. We will happily exchange or refund*.

 

*Refunds of full purchase price –if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

 

Returns and Refund Process

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

 

1. Contact Fascinating Hats by email and we will send you a reply paid address label to be used on the return box.

 

2. Pack your hat with your invoice in a secure carton and reuse all the original packaging if possible to ensure that the goods are securely packed and are not damaged while being returned.

 

3. Use the prepaid label to cover the original address label and add insurance if you wish.
